"This was the perfect place for our first visit to St Maarten. Beautiful space, flexible and easy check in, and a kind and responsive team of hosts! When the AC stopped working one day Cathy promptly sent someone to come out and fix it, and even was so kind as to gift us champagne for the minor inconvenience. The area was quiet, and easy to get around. Highly recommend!"

"Our second time staying in the same apartment complex, Studio was perfect for a couple. Much bigger than we expected! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, also very responsive to any questions. The breakfast essentials left for us, was such a nice touch, and saved us money and time shopping. Our breakfasts were taken care of for several days! We’ve stayed at many airbnbs and no one has ever provided that much, it was very thoughtful and appreciated. Bathroom and kitchen are big and have all of the essentials. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes. The view from the apartment patio is breathtaking and definitely makes waking up a joy. The beach is not even a 3 minute walk, right down the steps. There is a brand new beach bar with free lounge chairs, (as long as you order something), D's beach bar. Super convenient and the staff is friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautifully amazing studio villa over looking Teal Bay was clean and well stocked with things you may not realize you need. Short walk down some stairs to the beach and D’s bar and restaurant. We will definitely stay again and recommend this to family and friends."

"Stayed here for a week in the spacious studio. Everything was amazing! Best hosts I could ever ask for. Very responsive, made sure to always check on me during my stay and had the best recommendations for any plans I was trying to make during my stay. Place was very clean and looked even better than pictures shown. View outside is beautiful and undefeated. Laundry and dryer in unit was very clutch. Area is right next to the beach and local bars/lounges. Also very close to the airport which was very convenient. Have nothing negative to say about location. Very closed off and gated to not let any strangers in the residence. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to all looking for a nice place in a very convenient location!"

"I just stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days. We absolutely loved our stay, the condo is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. The view is really breathtaking, it was nice to sit outside and take it in during breakfast every morning. We really appreciated that the wifi was pretty fast and that they met us at our car rental and had us follow her to the condo when we arrived. They were super hospitable if we had any needs throughout our visit. Would totally stay again when we come back to Sint Maarten!"

"Wow what an amazing place! Breathtaking views of the ocean, and we saw turtles, dolphins, flying fish and more. Loved snorkeling at the reef right in front of the condo. Walked Simpson Bay beach every morning, totally magical. The unit is very nicely designed and decorated, and well equipped with everything we needed. I am hesitant to give a five star review only because we want to keep this place a secret haha. We will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Teal Bay and would highly recommend. The location is just steps to the beautiful Simpson’s Bay beach where you can snorkel with sea turtles and along the cliffs by the villa. The beach allows for amazing sun rise beach walks. Also it is a short walk to Maho beach with world class plane watching and lively places to watch the sunset. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated, modern, large, super clean and extremely well equipped (includes a full kitchen and laundry) and has an outside patio area with breathtaking views. It is perfect for both short and long stays. We will definitely be back!"

"Staying here was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The place was clean comfortable and the hosts definitely ensured the house was fully stocked with all the little details that often get overlooked. It even came with extra chargers for various type devices along with a fully stocked kitchen with almost every kitchen gadget you can think of. It was quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the water and Harbour. I would def return in a heartbeat!"
